Primate PuzzleOne of our long term out-patients Oliver Nash, who has become an author of children’s books, wants to give back something special to Great Ormond Street Hospital and everyone who supports us. With his book, The Primate Puzzle, he’s been able to do that by making it free to download for our supporters and proceeds from the sales of the book will go straight to the Hospital.

The Primate Puzzle is the first in a series of children’s books written by Oliver and illustrated by Bethanie Cunnick. It tells the story of Amy and George, their once in a lifetime trip to Borneo and their adventures with orang-utans, bats and native tribes. Their quest to solve the mysterious Primate Puzzle is a brilliant read that children will get lost in. Whether it’s kids (or parents!) who love to read or teachers who want to use it in school, we’re sure The Primate Puzzle will be a huge hit among book lovers, so download your copy here free of charge.

As a patient at the Hospital for over two decades, Oliver had this to say:

‘The hospital is a brilliant place and has changed my life, I will always be grateful to them. For people who do not believe in miracles, they only need to look through the doors of the best children’s hospital in the world to see them happening daily.’

We’d like to thank Oliver for this amazing gesture and wish him all the best with his future work. Although you can download the story for free, if you want to make a donation on Oliver’s Just Giving page, you can do so here.
